CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 03/16/11

You have 12 minutes to establish your 3 rep max of any one of the following:

A. overhead squat
B. front squat
C. back squat
D. thruster

Warmup: 20 plank jacks, 15 flutter kicks & 10 goblet squats - 5 rounds
Cool down:  100 ball slams for time
