CrossFit Workout - Thursday 5/5/16

Deadlifts, heavy singles every 30 seconds.  Show up and see the scheme and %s.

Warmup: 350M row, 10 4-count flutter lick, 10 back extensions, 10 KB sumo deadlift high pull x 3 rounds.  Continue warmup with 3-4 sets of 5 reps of increasing weight deadlifts.
