CrossFit Workout - Monday 5/16/16

5 Minute WOD Week

There will be two 5 minute high intensity WODs with a 5 minute static hold challenge between the WODs each day. Fast and furious, no 2nd gear, full out the whole time.

#1: squat clean thrusters and lateral bar jumps
#2: double pushup burpee pullups
