CrossFit Workout - Monday 5/9/16

For time

15 - toes to bar
12 - goblet squat and 1/2  55M/40W
  9 - burpee broad jump - 4 foot minimum

5 rounds plus 1 mile mixed in at your choosing, run or row. Scale for toes to bar, knee raise and 1/2.
