CrossFIt Workout - Monday 5/2/16

5 rounds, for max reps

1 minute - sumo deadlift @50% of 1 rep max
2.5 minutes - double under

You'll have 30 seconds between rounds to rest and record reps.

Sneak Peek for the week:
Tuesday: Choice, for time, Fran, Grace or Isabel
Wednesday:  Posterior chain work, reverse hypers, hip/back extensions, good mornings and bent over DB rows.
Thursday:  Deadlifts, heavy. Really heavy.
Friday: Grip & core strength work, for an hour. Lots of heavy loaded carries.
