Clean and Jerk 15-12-9-6-3
Go heavy. Increase weight each set as long as you are able, rest 2 minutes between sets.
Ground to overhead any way you choose. Power clean, squat clean, from the floor, from the hang, split jerk, power jerk, push press, shoulder press, you pick. Just stick with the same moves throughout the entire workout.
