CrossFit Workout - Friday 04/02/10

Max rounds in 20 minutes

5 KB/DB standing press - right arm
10 pullups
5 KB/DB standing press - left arm
200m run

Select weight that you can press 5 reps but not 10 each time, while maintaining strict form. That means heavy. Do not over-extend your back during the press, maintain a neutral spine. No flexing the knees or hips, this is a strict shoulder press not a push press.
