CrossFit Workout - Thursday 04/01/10

5 rounds, for time...

1 mile run, 50 kb swing, 50 ball slam

Warmup: 5 rounds CF Cleveland Gymnastic Warmup
Cool down: 100 burpee pullups, for time

Use 50% of your bodyweight for kettle bell swings and the new 40 pound slam balls for the 50 ball slams.

750M run, 9 kb swings, 9 ball slams
