CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 04/07/10

squat clean 7-6-5-4-3-2-1
split jerk    1-2-3-4-5-6-7

For time.  Use approximately 75% of your split jerk 1 rep max.  Using the same bar, perform 7 squat cleans and   then 1 split jerk after the 7th squat clean. Next round perform 6 squat cleans and  then 2 split jerks after the 6th squat clean, and so on for a total of 7 rounds, finishing the last round performing 1 squat clean and 7 split jerks.

Warmup: CrossFit warmup x 1 round at 10 reps each followed by the above workout at about half your selected weight.  If you plan to do the WOD at 125lbs, do the 7 round WOD at 60lbs at a warmup pace.  This will give you some idea of what you have coming and allow you to practice using perfect form. Rest about 3 minutes before starting the workout.  Post time and load to Comments.

Cool down: 1 mile run or 2000M row
