CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 1/5/16

Every minute on the minute, for 12 minutes

even: front squat, 20 seconds max reps 95/65
odd: burpees over bar and back, 10 reps

Bar starts on the floor at the beginning of each round.  If you drop the bar before the end of 20 seconds, add 1 burpee to each of your remaining "odd" rounds. That penalty accumulates throughout the workout if you drop the bar early more than once.  Record total number of from squats performed in the entire workout.
