CrossFit Workout - Monday 01/28/08

For time

150 thrusters
150 high pulls

Use 65lb barbell for both exercises. Scale down - empty bar
Break into any combination of reps/sets as needed

Never let it be said that Mondays around here are easy. Good Lord did that hurt.

Agreed Sean! That hurt! My back and shoulders are still feeling it.

I did 65lb all the way as well!

35:45 (I did sets of 10 of each exercise before resting).

Onto Tuesday!
