CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 01/29/08

Warmup 15 situps, 15 back extensions, 15 wall balls - 3 rounds

For time:

11 Sommersaults
21 pullups
31 pushups
41 KB swings - 36 lb
51 push press-25lb DBs
61 squats


Complete all reps before moving to the next set, in this order. Rest as needed.

I completed today's WOD in 13:49. I used 45lb barbell for push press (next time will make it 65lbs) & 36lb kettlebell.

I have to admit 2 rounds of this workout and anyone would be throwing up. I think throw in the somersaults again at the end "for good measure".

Good Luck everyone on this one! This workout is what CrossFit is all about!

50 GHD med ball tosses off the wall, 8 lb. ball, plus 25 presses
