1000 meters of running plus
7 rounds of:
24" box jumps - 15 reps
knee raises, while maintaining ring support - 15 reps
55lb kb swings - 15 reps

You can split the run anyway you choose and do it whenever you choose, just run a total of 1000 meters plus the 7 rounds listed above. You decide, run it all first, run it all last, or run parts in between some rounds, just run 1000 meters total.
