15 seconds, max rep 115lb push press or split jerk and rest for the remainder of the minute
15 seconds, max rep horizontal ring row and rest for the remainder of the minute

for a total of 8 rounds, 16 minutes

RE was there and he was definately not treating today as a rest day! glad to have been there and gotten the work done, great way to start a Friday. and those damn burpees too.

Did a mod of this at home today;
8 rds:
5 Split Jerk @ 135 lbs., rest 30 sec
Max Horiz Ring Rows, rest 30 sec
Lot O Fun.
