Crossfit Workout - Monday 09/13/10

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of:

4-count mountain climber
squat
situp
pushup

For time.  Record time on whiteboard or post to Comments.

Warmup: 1250 meter row & 750 meter run
Cool down: bar hang, 3 minutes total

RESULTS:



Our first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class tonight, taught by Royler Gracie Purple Belt instructor Darren Branch.  A good time was had by all! Every Monday at 6:30pm.

Just got back from Asheville, NC this evening. Sorry I missed the WOD and the new class. Wish I could have attended.

Did my own WOD this morning in the hotel gym (Hotel Indigo = very nice).
4rds of
400 meter run on treadmill @ 7min mile pace
20 Squat Cleans with 40# DBs
20 KB Swings with 40# DB (games standard)

then cooled down with 100 weighted v-sit-ups with the 40#DB
