Crossfit Workout - Friday 09/17/10

Complete five rounds of:

On the rings, lower from an inverted hang, slowly, with straight body and arms, 7 reps
15 Ring Push-ups



Move SLOWLY and methodically attempting perfect execution. Ideally this is done with two pairs of rings - one pair hung app. 8' off the ground and the second 4" off the ground.

Jeff, you look like you had fun hanging upside down! Sorry I didn't make it.
at home, run 1100m then 6 rounds 5 65#squat snatch, 20 burpees, 23:47 cool down was 11 more burpees, in order to get to my 131 number.
