Crossfit Workout - Thursday 09/09/10

400 meter run
pushup (hand release) - 20 reps
jumping squat - 40 reps

5 rounds, for time


Warmup: 100 jumping jacks & 100 walking lunges, any combination of reps/sets
Cool down: 100 4-count mountain climbers, for time.
