5 rounds, no time component
overhead squat - max reps
pullup - 15 rep
rest 1-2 minutes
Men's weight 75 pounds, women's weight 45 pounds. Scale down as necessary, maintain perfect form for all reps. Take your time, your set ends when you pause for more than 5 seconds at the top of the lift or say "uncle".
Cool down. Run for 12 minutes.
