CrossFit Workout - Friday 10/7/16

Final Day of "No Clock" Week

Task List WOD, will include

broad jumps, for max distance
walking on hands, for max distance
ring handstand hold
monkey bars, for max distance
100 meter farmer carries, for max weight
plank hold, ABCs for max weight

Plus a nasty little metcon/conditioning WOD.  You can partake in any or all of the Task List WOD movements. Scaling, spotting and coaching tips on progressions for the handstand work will be given. We'll have crash mats out so you'll be plenty safe during any fall.  If you are uncomfortable with any particular movement, skip it.  Here's your chance to get outside your comfort zone. That is a big part of CrossFit training.
