Strength and/or Condition Week repeats this week

Strength:  Overhead squat 5-5-5-5-5
Conditioning: Sandbag squat, Sandbag S2S & toes to bar.  Show up and see the numbers

Warmup: CrossFit Warmup, 5 reps each x 4 rounds,
Cool Down: Coach's Choice
