4 rounds for time:

Row 500 m/jump rope 2 minutes
25 Push Press 65lbs.
20 Push-Ups
15 Pull-Ups

Alternate each round between rowing and jumping rope

Jump rope for all 4 rounds (no rower, no treadmill available due to obstruction; i.e. other people.)

Going straight from push press to push-up hurts. A lot. Good workout, though. A good one to shake out of this freezing Monday evening.
