pushup - max reps in one minute
squat - max reps in one minute
row - max calories in one minute
rest - one minute

Record total number per round - pushup reps + squat reps + row cals = score

warmup: 8 pullups, 12 KTEs, 16 squats, 20 jumping jacks, 4 rounds
Cool down:  Groundhog Day
