CrossFit Workout - Thursday 12/08/11

Front squat 3-3-3-3-3

Find your 3 rep max front squat, taking the bar off the floor for each set.

Warmup:  CF Warmup x 2 rounds, 12 reps each
Cool down: side plank, 2 minutes total each side
