CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 9/9/15

5 rounds of

DB RDL - 10 reps
DB Clean and Press - 10 reps
1 minute max effort two sprint - max meters
rest as needed between rounds.

You pick the weight of DBs.  Use the same DBs for both movements.  Record heaviest DBs used and your highest # of meters rowed.
