CrossFit Workout - Thursday 09/16/10

A new Twist on Cindy today...

Show up and you'll find out the deal.  If you can't make it to the gym, do CrossFit's Cindy and add a mile of running mixed in anywhere you choose. Make the pullups, pushups and squats the suckiest versions, you know what that means.

Not going to make it due to Volleyball playoffs @ 6pm tomorrow but I'm guessing the following standards:
5 Deadhang Pull-ups
10 "games standard" hand-release push-ups
15 Jumping Squats

How close am I? Have fun y'all! I'll do this tomorrow morning or after my games tomorrow night.
