row 400 meters for time, rest 2 minutes
row 200 meters for time, rest 2 minutes

WOD #2
for time, 11-->1 down ladder of
DB thruster (30M/20W)
mountain climber (4-count)
jumping goblet squat (30M/20W)
burpee
