power snatch - 7 reps  (95lb-M/65lb-W)
95lb front squat - 7 reps (95lb-M/65lb-W)

7 rounds for time

Warmup:  CF Cleveland ab routine with ball slams, 30 reps each, 3 rounds
Cool down: Trainer's choice
