Crossfit Workout - Wednesday 08/04/10

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Increase weight each set to reach your 3 rep max.  Run 200 meters and rest for 2 minutes after each set

Warmup: 10 reps of deadlifts, 95lbM/65lbW & 15 reps kb swings, 3 rounds
Cool down: 15 shoot-throughs,  30 wall ball situps & 45 jumping squats, for time
