Crossfit Workout - Tuesday 08/10/10

115lb push press, 21 reps

115lb push press, 18 reps

RESULTS:




warmup: 30 double unders & 500M run x 3 (all outside)
cool down: 25 squats followed by a 50 yard sprint, walk back as rest, 3 rounds (all outside)

Set up your squat rack and barbell directly behind your rower. Scale weight down as needed.  Women's Rx'd weight is 85lb.  Want to make it a bit harder, ditch the rack and take the bar off the floor.

50 pushups
40 tire hits with sledge hammer
30 kb swings
20 situps
10 burpee's
