Day 31 of burpees and run 900m to warm up
WOD as Rx'd, 17:24
Did 36 lunge steps each time (approx 100ft), pullups over the playset in the backyard plus the sit ups. Only interruption was some deer this morning...startled the hell out of me. Have a good day! Rick
