Crossfit Workout - Tuesday 08/03/10
With a continuously running clock do one handstand pushup the first minute, two handstand pushups the second minute, three handstand pushups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments
Warmup: 1500M row
Cool Down: 3 minutes of L-sits or L-hangs and 200 plank jacks, partition as needed
