using a 95lb bar for men and 65lb bar for women perform

summo deadlift high pull - 15 reps
hang power clean - 15 reps
4-count mountain climber - 30 reps

3 rounds for time

So, I read the story, Pokey Little Puppy (those with kids will know that story) to my daughter last night and that was the description of my WOD today....got it done rx'd, 3 rds for time but at 16:52, I felt that I was dragging and I was the Pokey Little Puppy. My fault for not being there, so Kate could yell "don't stare at the bar, pick the damn thing up!" But got my work done, and my burpees too, day 45 and counting....they suck by the way. have a great weekend, rick
