CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 11/2/16

Strength:  Deadlift 3-2-1 reps x 4 rounds, target 85+ % of 1RM
125M row sprint after each round, then rest as needed

Conditioning:  Show up and see your options.

Warmup:  CrossFit Warmup, 10x3 sub deadlifts for pullups
Cool Down:  Iron Chair hold, 3 minutes total

We will be open at 5:00am as usual following the Tribe winning the World Series. We don't expect many people to show up early but we'll be there.  GO TRIBE!
