CrossFit Workout - Friday 11/4/16

Turkish Get-Ups 3-3-3-3-3 R&L

Perform 60 seconds of goblet squats after each set of TGUs.  Record heaviest weight for TGUs and best round of goblet squats (# of reps & weight). Rest as needed between sets

Warmup:  Row 300 meters, 30 situps, 20 lunges(10R-10L) 10 pushups & 5 inchworms x 3 rounds
Cool Down: Coach's Choice

Weekend Update:  Yes, there is Open Gym tonight from 5:00pm until 6:30pm for Unlimited Members.  Business as usual Saturday with the addition of a Rocky River Fitness Power Kick/Ab Workout in the Back Room at 9:30am.  No charge for Unlimited Members, $15 for non-members.  All are welcome so bring a friend or two.
