CrossFit Workout - Thursday 3/3/16

Zercher Squat 5-5-3-3-1-1-1-1... Find your 1RM




Conditioning: 10 non-stop ball slam burpees after each set of zercher squat singles.  If you pause, start over.  Rest as needed between sets.

Warmup: 4 rounds, 250 meter row, 15 abmat situp, 10 pushup, 5 front squat-increase weight each set.

Open Workout 16.2 will be announced Thursday evening. We will be performing 16.2 as our Workout of the Day on Saturday starting at 8:00am.  We will be judging 16.2 starting at noon for anyone registered on the CrossFit Games website.  We also welcome other members who want to perform the workout along side the people being judged.  Please arrive a little early and use the Back Room to get warmed-up, we'll get started right at noon. Be available to judge for at least one other athlete before you leave.
