Find your 3 or 5 rep max(your choice) of one of the following lifts

A. front squat
B. back squat
C. overhead squat
D. deadlift

Warmup: 500 meter row or run, 25 pushups & 25 situps, 3 rounds
Cool down: The warmup, for time
