CrossFit Workout - Monday 10/17/11

10 rounds for time of

10 reps - DB push press (30lb men, 20lb women)
10 reps - box jumps (24" men, 16" women)

Warmup: 1500 meter run or row & 90 squats, any combination
Cool down: Walking lunge to the barber shop and back while holding a bumper plate overhead.  Men-15lb, Women 10lb.
