Crossfit Workout - Friday 10/07/11

max rounds in 19 minutes of

135lb power clean - 7 reps
double unders - 30 reps

Work for 3 minutes then rest for 1 full minute, 5 times = 19 minutes total.

Women use 95lbs. Scale weight down if needed, use your "Grace" weight.
