Choice of strength or drills

Strength: You have 15 minutes to find your deadlift 3 rep max

Drills: 5 rounds or 20 minutes of
10 box jumps - max height
10 wall walks
10 toes to bar
10 inchworms (forward & back)

Warmup: 1500 meter row
Cool down: 1.2 mile run
