CrossFit Workout of the Day - Monday 08/04/08

1 minute jump rope
1 minute 65lb front squat
1 minute 65lb push press

5 rounds with 30 seconds rest between. Count all reps of front squats + push press, post total to Comments

Scale weight down as needed but use the same load for both exercises

Jason and I did "Griff" yesterday (Main Site WOD) at the RR track. Jason finished in 14:06, I did 13:30.

I did 160 seconds (2:40) of handstand holds, in two attempts, for a PR of 1:20 for a single hold.

I also did the Griff yesturday. Finished 12:27. My quads were on FIRE those last 200m.
