Preceded by 20 minutes of oh-so-close-it-hurts muscle-up attempts.

Followed by 40/40 GHD situps/back extensions with 15-lb. ball.

My wrist pushed the stop button on my watch on the second to last thruster around 12:30 and i didn't notice until the pullups, so this is an estimate.

Killer workout though bill
