1000 meter run into 4 rounds of...
7 - front squat (95lb-M/65lb-W)
14 - crossover pushup
21 kb swing (55lb-M/40lb-W)

Warmup:  20 wall walks, 50 mountain climbers & 100 air squats, any combo
Cool down:  Trainer's choice
