CrossFit Workout - Monday 12/06/10

300 situps for time

Perform 10 burpees after every 50 situps.

Do 100 reps each of ab-mat situps, 4-count flutter kicks & v-situps, partitioned any way you choose.

Warmup:  CrossFit warmup x 3 rounds
Cool down: Trainer's choice
