5 continuous 'Shoot-Throughs"
handstand hold - 15 count
Repeat for a total of 20 minutes, rest as needed
Perform 5 continuous shoot throughs on paralletes followed by a handstand hold for approximately 15 seconds. Count the time yourself, one alligator, two alligator... to 15. That's the "15 count".
Warmup: Trainer's choice
Cool down: Run Forrest, run. See board for routes.
