Jump Rope: 450 Regular and 40 Double-unders

Clean & Jerk: 85 lbs., 35 reps

As far as clean & jerk, that's a definite improvement on my pace (11/7, 35 clean & press, 85 lb./12:06).

As for the jump rope...well, my rope broke after 8 double-unders. I kept hitting myself on the head after that. Stupid thing.

Still a hell of a WOD, though.

Nice work. How did you keep count of all those jumps?! I lost track after about 125.
