Well...I need to have my gym key reprogrammed here at home. So I had to improv. Again. Here's the workout I did:
Run 2 miles
Stop approx. every 1/4 mile and do 10 push-ups and sprint 10 seconds.
(Total of 80 push-ups & 8 sprints)

Guess I should have gotten my ass up early this morning!
