I did a scaled version of this workout tonight.

CFWU x3

5 Deadlifts, 135 lb.
10 Thrusters, 65 lb.
15 Bench jumps, 20"

20 minutes, 5 rounds

Too much junk food yesterday + 12 hours driving today = painful workout.
