CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 2/2/16

Strength:  Shoulder Press 10-10-10-10

10-->1 + 10 reps of

Toes to Bar, strict
Jackknife Situp, strict

If you scale the toes to bar, perform a knee raise and a half, not just a simple knee raise.  No kipping into the next rep on toes to bar, pause briefly at the bottom of each rep. Pause briefly at the extended position of each rep of the jackknife sit-ups, keeping your shoulder blades off the floor.

Warmup: CF Cleveland AB Routine 15 reps x 4 rounds
