CrossFit Workout - Saturday 2/27/16

Climb the ladder as high as possible in 15 minutes.  If you are in the final round at 15:00 you have the option to finish.

wall walk 3-3-3-3-3-3
wall ball shot 15-20-25-30-35-40
ball slam 15-20-25-30-35-40

Wall ball 20/14.  Slam ball 20/15

Warmup:  3 rounds of
30 jumping jacks
30 plank jacks
30 butt kickers
10 squat + lungeR+LungeL
10 burpees
10 second inch worm/piked stretch & hold

Cool Down:  Coach's Choice
