Max reps in 20 Minutes Week

Overhead Squat - pvc
Abmat Situp

Perform as many reps of each exercise in 20 minutes. Do them in any number of reps per set, but you must perform an equal number of each overall. Post the combined total of reps of both exercises to Comments.

450 total reps (225 situps & 225 ohs). I broke up each round into 25reps of situps & 25 reps of OHS. 9 rounds total.

I also did yesterday's CrossFitEndurance.com workout on the treadmill (4x300m sprints) before today's WOD. The sprints were at a 5:12/mile pace (11.5 on treadmill level).

I know you all miss me! See most of you Friday night at KT's party.

Squat Clean, 1-1-1-1-1
165-185-190-195-200 (failed three times on 200 before getting it)

Did 10 OHS/10 Sit-ups after each clean
